Christmas Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving Day and New Years Day are CLOSED for pickups and deliveries. Pets must be delivered or picked up either before or after those days. All other holidays have selected hours for business.
We've been told (and it's certainly true), that we have the most generous business hours that you'll encounter in the
Pet Boarding business.
Those business hours you see above are not written in stone.
With prior arrangement, we may open up for other times more convenient for you (if you live 25 minutes or more away from us) as long as it doesn't interfere with our own family activities.
We are situated about 1 hour South of Winnipeg, or 25 minutes South East from Winkler, or 10 minutes West from Letellier or 5 minutes East of Altona or 10 minutes from the U.S./Canada Border.

Critter Sitters Pet Hotel is situated on a 3 acre little ranch, a bit more than 2 miles from the town of Altona.
