We ask for a minimum of 7 days notice period (if at all possible) for cancelling your reservation. The exceptions are 14 days notice for holiday periods as in Christmas and Spring break periods in particular. We do not charge a cancelation fee but for the Christmas and Spring break periods, we reserve the right to bill you for any days we were not able to re book because we were not given enough time or notice to do so.
We consider this to be fair and so do our loyal clients.
All clients are required to pay for their Pet's visit on the Day of Delivery, New clients by Cash and Regular clients by cash or cheque. We do not accept cards.
There are no refunds if Pets are picked up early. If you are delayed or unable to pick up your Pet on schedule, due to unforseen circumstances such as snow bogged roads or severe weather, we will not charge for the extra day that might be needed. However, this only applies to the Pembina Valley area, not if you are in another weather system area, for instance another Province, State or Country.
Receipt will be given on the day the Pet is picked up. The printed Receipt/Invoice also includes a progress report on your Pet unless you turn up early and I haven't had time to prepare one. I have found that most Pet Owners really enjoy those progress reports.
